DECLARATION OF WAR
To: The Esteemed Representatives of the Republic of Yubin
And in particular: Mimi, Presiding Secretary and Architect of the 2025 Census
From: Azagal258, Prime Minister and Supreme Selector of Biases
WHEREAS, the Republic of Yubin has conducted a census which includes a mandatory field requiring respondents to indicate their “Biases within tripleS”; and
WHEREAS, this field is limited to the selection of no more than three (3) members of the group tripleS as acceptable responses; and
WHEREAS, the PKRS has long recognized and maintained legitimate, sovereign emotional and artistic alliances with no fewer than four (4) biases within said group; and
WHEREAS, the enforcement of this arbitrary and restrictive limit constitutes a direct assault on the expressive liberties, personal sovereignty, and emotional integrity of the Republic and its citizenry; and
WHEREAS, diplomatic appeals, social media petitions, and impassioned DMs submissions have been ignored, dismissed, or replied to with “lol just pick 3, it’s not that deep”; and
WHEREAS, such indifference represents a grievous breach of stan rights and a provocation of the highest order; and
WHEREAS, official census communications did not include trigger warnings for “bias selection stress,” which is recognized by Her Majesties’ Ministry of Stan Welfare as a Tier-2 Emotional Agitation under the International Fandom Rights Accord of 2022; and
WHEREAS, despite multiple UN General Assembly side-conversations, the Republic of Yubin delegation has refused to acknowledge the multiplicity of valid biasing philosophies, including, but not limited to: “Equal Biasing”, “Era-Based Bias Rotation”, and “Mood-Dependent Bias Fluidity”; and
WHEREAS, Mimi, in her official capacity, has made so the Republic of Yubin’s national census includes the text, “Who’s your bias? You can pick 3 :) (Azagal if you crash out in my DMs again I’m blocking you),” which constitutes an unprecedented and hostile personalization of state policy, violating the principles of administrative impartiality, and amounting to a direct diplomatic insult against the Head of State of Azagal258, which constitutes a digital act of aggression under the 2023 Protocol on Cyberexpression Hostilities; and
WHEREAS, the refusal to recognize all four (4) of her Revered Majesties’ rightful elevation to the title of Supreme Bias Emerita violates established norms of cultural sovereignty and soft-power hierarchy within the Stan Commonwealth;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that:
The People’s Kotomitsuist Republic of Seokwark hereby formally and irrevocably declares a state of war upon Mimi, acting in her official capacity as representative and citizen of the Republic of Yubin and architect of this restrictive policy;
This declaration shall remain in effect until the following terms are met:
- The census field in question shall be modified to allow for the selection of four (4) or more biases, acknowledging the complexity and polybias nature of modern tripleS stan identity;
- A formal and public apology is issued by Mimi to Her Magesties Seo Dahyun, Kamimoto Kotone, Kwak Yeonji, and Her Majesty Park Shion, whose esteemed standing as the reigning queens of the State has been unjustly compromised by the constraints imposed, but also to Azagal258, Prime Minister of the People’s Kotomitsuist Republic of Seokwark, and the citizenry of the PKRS recognizing the emotional labor expended in attempting to choose only three biases;
- A commemorative digital photocard is issued to all affected parties as reparations.
This act is undertaken not with malice, but with resolve, and with the hope that through the noble adversity of stan warfare, a more inclusive and emotionally expressive future may be achieved.
